How does P90X Extreme Home Fitness workout???

P90X DVD has 12 different workouts with resistance coaching, cardio, flexibility, core, and ab training. It’s a complete transformation system and it also comes with a improbable P90X Extreme nutritional guide.

One factor that I actually have observed is that my core and my posture are so much better and my body simply appears to be like so much extra athletic too. I really feel rather more confident and alive.

P90X Extreme Home Fitness, did you really think that moving into the absolute best body of your life was going to be easy? Come on. If you wish to take your physique to the following stage there simply isn’t higher route to take than going with P90X DVD! It’s the standard my which all other fitness packages can be measured.

I believe that’s the real advantage of this health program-P90X Extreme Home Fitness…you just come alive with power.

You heard about it. You’ve got seen the results. Possibly you’ve even seen some outcomes up shut? I first discovered about P90X DVD from a co-worker of mine. She started coming into work…well…coming into work absolutely ripped. I mean you can simply tell. She lost round 10 kilos, but placed on muscle, her posture was totally different, she simply glowed. She was fairly earlier than hand but now… she was just striking.

you can know more about P90X Extreme imformation from www.buydvdezy.com website.

What the P90X Extreme Home Fitness ? Brain getting a workout, too

I just completed Phase 1 of the
P90X DVD program. Three weeks of punishing, kick-my-butt workouts are in the books.

“Bring it?” Ha, but I’m paying the price.

My body aches. My muscles are pooped. My brain is fried.

And while I can notice a small percentage of my love handles dripping away, all is not peachy on the P90X DVD set.

Beginning this P90X DVD boxset journey, the goal was to transform my jiggly frame into a bodybuilding machine. I wanted to be that guy you see in the Shake Weight infomercial at 2 a.m., while P90X Extreme.

But I did want to dig deep, find out just how much pain I was willing to handle without falling on my knees in from of a toilet. Maybe I’d discover a thing or two about myself.

Sadly, I’m learning a lot.

I’m about ready to roundhouse kick the P90X Extreme Home Fitness DVD back to the Beach Body factory in California. I got your express shipping right here.

Left arm cross punch, right arm uppercut. Twenty-five times.

Left arm jab, right arm cross. Twenty-five times.

Right jab, left cross, right hook. Then add a step drag low punch. Thirty reps, please.

Doesn’t make sense? I know, trust me.

P90X DVD is a mix of kick-boxing, punching and martial arts all mushed together. For 58 minutes, it’s a hell of a workout.

Unfortunately, I’m normally bickering “What the hell?” while fumbling my way through this backbreaking P90X DVD setroutine.

See, on the surface P90X Extreme’s just punching and kicking. You don’t need to be a black belt to succeed.

But a little eye-hand and leg coordination would come in handy.

The P90X DVD boxset, uppercut, then switch is my favorite drill.

With full intensity, the drill is to throw a hook with your right arm followed by an uppercut with your left arm.

Then, while switching the placement of your feet with a jump, you repeat the P90X Extreme with a left hook and right uppercut. Without stopping, it’s a 20-rep exercise.

Sounds easy enough, right? Not exactly. It’s like trying to solve a math equation. But there is no solution.

I find myself executing both punches (P90X Extreme Home Fitness) with just one arm without twisting my hips. Often times, I am so focused on which arm to swing that I forget to jump.

And this is just one of the infinite punch, jump and kick P90X DVD routines.

It’s exhausting for all the wrong reasons. My mind and body are never on the same page.

Use P90X with your detox program!

Hey everyone. I recently finished my P90X DVD program this past Sunday, Feb. 15. If you’re interested about my P90X DVD set experience, feel free to visit my other blog.

P90X DVD boxset (i.e. an oil change for your body) is a great way to jump start your journey to a beach body with P90X Extreme. More and more studies are coming out about detoxification and the wonders it does for your body. I chose Dr. Bennett and Barrie’s 90 Day P90X Extreme Home Fitness program because it is the only one that I know of that has been clinically tested and researched.

So how did/do I feel? Great! I feel more focused, rejuvenated, and light! The first 5 days of the P90X DVD program, I didn’t lose much weight. I guess I had a lot of toxins built up in my body and it wasn’t flushing out as well. The 6th day was when I experienced some great flushes :-) I didn’t visit the bathroom frequently. More so, I did a bigger job when I did visit, if you know what I mean :-P

To be honest, I initially started the 90 Day P90X DVD set program to give support to my girlfriend. Once I committed to the P90X DVD boxset I was excited about the actual detoxification of my body than losing weight. But at the end of 90 days I lost a total of 7 lbs. Majority from the last 2 days for me.

The P90X Extreme program wasn’t that difficult for me. I found ways to make the meals enjoyable and it’s always helpful to have someone go through it with you for support. I realized that the most difficult part of the 90 Day P90X Extreme Home Fitness Miracle program would be the liquid fast you have to go through for the first 2 days.

Here’s a sample overview of the 90 days I went through for the 90 Day P90X DVD program.

? Diet of liquids, organic fruits and vegetables, and rice
? Organic vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs
? Home hydrotherapy/exercise therapy and a one week toxin-free lifestyle

One question that I was asked about, besides the obvious question of “Is it hard?”, was in regards to the exercise therapy. What type of exercises are appropriate for the 90 Day P90X DVD set program? First, Dr. Bennett and Barrie, authors and creators of the 90 Day P90X DVD boxset Miracle program, explains that exercise, for the circulation therapy module of the P90X Extreme program, “promotes the reduction of fat reserves, a primary storage site for toxins. Mobilizing these fat reserves is a very important part of detoxification therapy. Second, the types of exercise they recommend are aerobic and yoga. This was awesome because it gave me a chance to utilize my P90X Extreme Home Fitness Cardio X, Kenpo X/Kenpo Cardio Plus, and Yoga X. I decided not to workout with P90X DVD Plyometrics because it’s a high impact workout and with a low calorie diet for the 90 Days, I didn’t want to risk feeling fatigued.

I do want to note once again that the P90X DVD set program that I did is not popular “lemon pepper diet” that a lot of people have heard about. I can see how that specific P90X DVD boxset program is popular. It’s very low in cost but it’s not a proper P90X Extreme program no matter what the arguement may be. There’s been much research and studies completed on what a proper P90X Extreme Home Fitness program is and clinical studies have found that the proper P90X DVD program consists of a liquid fast, organic vitamins/minerals/supplements, organic amino acids, organic fruits and vegetables and hydrotherapy/exercise.

If you’re interested in learning more you can contact my girlfriend, Sandy (she’s the P90X DVD set professional). Also, if you have a Facebook account and you’re interested in joining our monthly “P90X DVD boxset,” feel free to add me as a friend. My email address is Chris@XStremeDrink.com. We are hosting a “P90X Extreme” for those in the local Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside area (maybe San Diego, if there are at least 8 people who are seriously interested). The party is constructed to provide you with an introduction to the 90 Day P90X Extreme Home Fitness Miracle program and the proper organic vitamins, minerals, supplements and amino acids that the book recommends.

It’s another great day so let’s “Bring It!”

Does P90X Work?

If you type “Does P90X DVD work” into Google, you’ll get a variety of results. Most of them will be P90X DVD set bloggers writing about their P90X DVD boxset results. Results such as weight loss, improved fitness, and better health. These claims are usually documented with photos or P90X Extreme Youtube videos.

Since I finished up day 90 of the P90X Extreme Home Fitness system on May 5th, I have officially joined the ranks of P90X DVD graduates and can now share my P90X DVD set results.

If you haven’t read my “About This P90X DVD boxset” page, I started using the P90X Extreme’s tipping the scales at 185 lbs. and a body fat percentage of 25.7%. All the result of years of too many calories and a lifestyle that kept me too busy to exercise, or at least that was my excuse anyway. I decided last December that it was time to quit making excuses and commit to getting back in shape buy P90X DVD set.

It had been a long time since I was working out on a regular basis, so the first week of P90X Extreme Home Fitness was quite a shock to my system. Each day of that first week a different body ached for days. But it was a good ache. As I was following the P90X DVD program, I would search the Internet and find fellow P90X DVD boxset and read about their results and share in a common goal of trading in fat for muscle mass.

It’s been a long journey with some weeks producing some great results in weight loss and muscle definition. There were some weeks that were very frustrating. The first month probably produced the greatest P90X Extreme results. I’m sure it was because of the loss of inches I lost around my waist, I could press on through the plateau weeks. After the first month I had to punch a hole in my belt since I could no longer cinch it tight enough to hold up my now baggy pants. I marked the 30 day mark with P90X Extreme Home Fitness to the store to buy some new clothes for my now thinner frame.

The middle 30 days were a struggle, I saw very little progress and avoided the temptation to alter the workouts to make it work better. At least I thought P90X DVD work better if I made some tweaks and swapped some exercises for the Yoga day or traded Legs and Back for the workouts during the “P90X DVD set” at the end of the month. I followed the program exactly as it is laid out in the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Guide.

During the last couple of weeks of the last 30 days, I got a second wind so to speak. It was a renewed purpose to give P90X DVD set all I’ve got since the 90 days was almost up. Every day I would look at the weights and reps that I did the previous week, and made it my goal to beat those numbers - even if it killed me. I felt those muscle aches that I felt during the first week and I knew I was really bringing P90X Extreme.

I was so glad I finished on a high note. I really felt like I was making progress with my strength and overall conditioning. It really set me up for phase two where I will be following most of the core P90X Extreme Home Fitness exercises with some modifications to suit my specific needs.

While my final weight loss from following the P90X Extreme Home Fitness program wasn’t huge, it’s been noticed by my family, friends, and co-workers. They tell me what diet I have been on and I don’t hesitate when I tell them I don’t diet, I work-out everyday to a set of P90X DVD DVD’s I bought from an infomercial. I recommend P90X DVD set to anyone who asks, because if P90X DVD boxset worked for me, it will work for anyone. If you have questions about the P90X Extreme program, please leave a comment or send it to me via the contact page.

Here are my final P90X 90 day results. First the numbers:

How P90X Results after 30 Days??

After 30 days of doing the P90X DVD boxset workout it’s time to write a review of P90X Extreme and the results I have achieved using this P90X Extreme Home Fitness system.

I started the program on February 3rd and at that time my weight was 185 and my body fat percentage of 25.7%. About six weeks prior to starting P90X DVD I had cleaned up my diet and made a consistent effort to eliminate refined sugars, high fat food, and other junk. In addition to the diet, I was back on the P90X DVD set regime of my own design that helped me drop 20 pounds when I was first married. It was resistance work one day, cardio the next with one day off. In those six weeks, I dropped 10 pounds. The last couple of weeks before I switched to P90X DVD boxset, I would put the DVD’s in and watch them as I rode my stationary bike for an hour. I thought I was ready for P90X Extreme…boy was I wrong.

The first week I was in pain. Not the type of pain that would prevent me from P90X Extreme Home Fitness the next day, it was more like a dull muscle ache. I felt it was a good sign, my muscles were being challanged to grow and strengthen. I didn’t have any trouble going to sleep the first week, as a matter of fact I went to bed an hour and a half earlier than I had the weeks before P90X DVD. One of the reasons I went to bed early was that the only time I had to workout without distractions or interruptions was at 5:30 in the morning. In the past I had done my P90X DVD set at night, but I would often feel to tired to P90X DVD boxset or make excuses to myself for not lifting weights that evening. Those excuses over the years have really put on the pounds.

“All it takes is an hour a day to get in the best shape of your life”. That’s what the Beachbody site claims. Not really true. The P90X Extreme, the longest of the workouts, will consume one hour and 32 minutes of your day. Most of the other workouts are about and hour, but on some days you’ll do one workout and follow it up with Ab Ripper X. That P90X Extreme Home Fitness consists of 15 minutes of gut busting ab and core exercises without a single break in the routine. Although the P90X DVD program is marketed as a program that only requires an hour a day, the facts are it’s going to be a little more. If your looking for an exercise that’s quick and easy, P90X DVD set is not for your. Beachbody offers a couple other programs that are much shorter and are geared for the beginner.

In addition to the time for the P90X DVD boxset, I’ve found that I have been spending more time planning out my meals everyday - which is a good thing. I spend about twice as much time as I used to gathering up healthy snacks and lunches I take to work. Lately I have been closely tracking my nutrional intake using the desktop version of Fitday.com. I seemed to have hit a weight loss plateau at the end of day 30 and now I’m trying to discover the cause of the P90X Extremeproblem. There are a couple of good free online programs that will help you track your daily nutrition, fitday.com and livestrong.com are two of the most popular with P90X Extreme Home Fitness. Journaling my food intake is something I’ve resisted since I have started the program, I know there are studies that claim that dieters who track there food intake are more successful than those who don’t, but it’s so boring and a little too obsessive for me. But I’ve done P90X DVD set for about a week now and it’s becoming more a part of my daily habit. I typically just jot notes down in my day timer, than in the evening spend about 20-30 minutes entering all the data and analyze how I’m doing. My caloric intake is less than what is recommended by the P90X DVD Nutrition Guide, and I’m burning more calories than what I’m taking in - at least that’s what Fitday is telling me. I have noticed that I am consuming more carbs than protein right now. In this phase, the amounts should be equal. That’s where these eating journals/analyzers really prove their worth. I know I need to make an adjust for example trade out the apple for one of my snacks and replace it with a source of protein such as a cheese stick or a protein bar.

My P90X DVD boxset equipment consists or two pairs of dumbbells, a set of cast iron plates for the bars, the Iron Gym doorway pull-up bar, heart rate monitor, and a yoga mat. My diagnostic equipment consists of a fat caliper, Fitday calorie tracking program, and a Thinner brand digital scale.

I have used the bands in a pinch and liked they way they worked out my shoulders in place of the pull-up bar, but I wouldn’t trade my dumbbells for the bands on any of the P90X DVD exercises. If you can work into your budget, go for the dumbbells.

I’ve blogged about my impressions about each workout during my first 30 days so I’ll just summarize my thoughts. Since P90X Extreme is a one size fits all workout, it’s going to be too much for some people and not enough for other people. The P90X Extreme Home Fitness’s don’t take into account any previous injury you have or medical condition that may prevent you from performing some exercises. The Plyometrics workout for me feels like it is actually doing more harm than good since I have knee joint problems and this high impact exercise is nothing but explosive jumping and twisting. Not good for me, so I have to modify the exercises when I feel it putting too much strain on my knees.

After 30 days of P90X DVD, I have noticed a difference in my overall fitness level. I can see why they have a fitness test that you can download for free and attempt at home before you make the commitment and buy P90X DVD set. I took the test and probably should have started with P90 first, but I ignored the results of the test and bought P90X DVD boxset anyway.

I now have a renewed interest in fitness, exercising, and nutrition which is certainly a benefit whether or not I choose to continue using P90X Extreme beyond the 90 days. I’ve discovered some great fitness podcasts and websites so I’m building on my knowledge of weighlifting, supplements, and nutrition each day. I’m not sure what my final results will be in the way of weight loss, but eventually I will be healthier due to P90X Extreme Home Fitness.

I have lost a couple of inches around the waist and shirt collars that were once snug are now really loose. It’s great to see results from my hard work. When I took my 30 day photos I was expecting to see a huge difference, since I only lost five pounds in the first 30 days, I had to analyze the photos to spot the areas of improvement. I can see the loss around the waist and a little more definition in my upper back. I don’t show a lot of my upper legs in the photos, but I have lost inches there too.

Well first the numbers:

Day 1
Weight: 185
Fat Percentage: 25.7%

Day 30
Weight: 180
Fat Percentage: 24.5%

Now the photos:

Our way to lose weight

We took a trip to NC this weekend to see some family and so I did not post anything. We got up Friday morning and did the P90X DVD routine before we left. The P90X DVD set went well but I did find the exercise that I can't do because my knee hurts too bad when I try it. The P90X DVD boxset were just too much for that leg. It was strange too because nothing else in the routine gave me a problem but I knew as soon as I did the first one of these I had to stop. It felt like my knee was just going to give out on me right from the P90X Extreme. I just skipped this exercise on that leg and will try again this week.

We took it a little easy on the nutrition this weekend but not too bad and I did do the P90X Extreme Home Fitness workout with my sister-in-law on Sunday. She has been doing P90X DVD for a few years and it was nice to get some feedback from her on this workout. Having never done any P90X DVD set other than this workout I was never really sure how this P90X DVD boxset routine would compare to say a class at the local gym. She was impressed with it and familiar with most of the moves of P90X Extreme. She says the level of difficulty is in line with some of the more advanced classes she has taken, good to know.

P90X Extreme Home Fitness brings us to today, day 1. I had a late hockey game last night and apparently there was some miscommunication between my wife and I as to when we would workout today so we did not get up and do the P90X DVD this morning. We will do it tonight but I am not sure how the rest of the week will work out because I have a game Wed. as well. Maybe do Plyo tomorrow morning after the P90X DVD set tonight. We will need to go right to bed after the workout though. Looks like another long week of workouts but it feels good and I am already seeing some changes in m mid section after just last week. We are still getting used to the nutrition plan again but it is going pretty well.

Taking on a new challenge

I heard the emphatic knock on my front door, and rushed to open it.

It was finally here---P90X DVD.

Parking my rear on the couch, I opened the shoebox-sized package like a treasure chest. My eyes were fixated, my body was neurotic.

“This is your gym for the next 90 days,” the inside top flap of the P90X DVD set box read.

“What the P90X DVD boxset?” Two books, 12 DVDs and a calendar.

We’ll have to wait to see if I strike gold. No doubts here, though.

Like many of you know, I’m not afraid of a challenge. But this time around, I’m in need of a love handle-makeover.

If you’ve seen me around town, you know I’m not really a butterball. But hidden underneath my shirt is a 205-pound frame with the occasional jiggle.

I want to, “Get absolutely ripped in just 90 days with P90X Extreme
.” The program’s website practically guarantees it. Can you say “six pack”?

Since college, my exercise routine hasn’t changed the least bit. I mosey in and out of the gym, sometimes barely breaking a sweat or feeling fit.

Treadmill. Dumbbells. Crunches. Water. Bike. Weightlifting machines. More water.

It’s a drag. Can’t continue that stale act.

Enter P90X DVD — three months of physical fitness in the friendly confines of my home. No exercise machines, weightlifting equipment or bench press.

To get huge and toned, all I have to utilize is a chair, resistance band and pull-up bar. The P90X DVD set
workouts run about 60 minutes, with ample water breaks mixed in.

Talk to anyone who has conquered the pain of P90X DVD boxset and they will tell you it stings. From national radio hosts to local friends, the program is a roller coaster of guts.

But my wife is joining me on the journey, so I have reinforcement by my side. Instead of cookies, soda and leftovers, our fridge is stocked with fruits and veggies, nonfat milk and protein bars.

We set Aug. 1 as D-Day-----P90X DVD. Please help.

Hyped as could be, I jumped out of bed at 8 a.m. on Sunday instead of the usual noon. No Wheaties, Red Bull or orange juice needed; I was ready to sail through this “P90X Extreme Home Fitness.”

Now, I’m ready to send it back.

My pull-ups burned. My push-ups had no oomph. And I built a sweat after 45 seconds of jumping jacks.

But this wasn’t fifth-grade physical education class, people.

About 28 minutes in P90X DVD set, I hit the pause button and stumbled to the bathroom. Knees on the ground, hands on the toilet, I stared deep into the water.

This was no treasure.
